Coach Christina

Christina is passionate about moving and preparing the body for HARD THINGS. Experiencing life and all its obstacles taught her that training and discipline is important in all areas of life, including health and wellness. A certified Health Coach, Physical Trainer, and American Ninja Warrior, she has the experience and know-how to help others on their fitness journeys.


No stranger to adversity, Christina competed on Ninja Warrior after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and learned the dos and don’ts of training for physical competitions through that experience. She also fell in love with exploring different ways to move her body. Arial, strength, trapeze, hiking, running, biking, spinning, yoga, gymnastics, rock climbing, she’s done this and more. Her goal though, was never to master any one type of movement, but
rather to be ABLE to do them and enjoy it.

 

Since 2018 she’s been coaching both adults and kids in American Ninja Warrior training, as well as gymnasts, and those focusing on speed, agility and strength training. And as a mother of four, she understands the importance of keeping things interesting and fun for all ages and personalities.

In this class you will learn the foundations of moving your body with purpose to gain strength, speed and agility. Which is why balance, stretching and cardio training is important to ALL athletes no matter what your choice of movement is. You can be a ballerina, basketball player, gardener, painter, writer, etc. We ALL have to move our bodies to stay healthy. We are ALL athletes in our own way. I aim to help YOU become the best athlete you want to be starting from the foundations.

 

We’ll go through the importance of balance, stability, strength, speed and agility exercises with an emphasis on FUN! From friendly competitions to inspire and encourage, never to tear down or belittle. To learn how to walk, crawl, and jump like your favorite jungle animals — and get that sneaky workout in while having FUN!

$165 per semester

Health & Wellness

Location: TBD

This semester course is designed to introduce 6th through 8th grade students to essential health and wellness concepts. Through interactive lessons, labs, and discussions, students will explore various aspects of physical and mental well-being, nutrition, exercise, community service, relationships, and time management. The course aims to empower students with knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their health and contribute positively to their communities.

$200 per semester

be introducing some new ones.

My Fitness
Class Benefits

I am very passionate about Holistic health, especially physical fitness.

So I won't just be teaching 1 type of movement.

I love the acronym FACE.

F- Flexibility - dynamic stretches during warm up and static stretches to stretch muscles and tendons to their optimal performance length.

Full range of motion is the Goal.

A- Aerobic Exercise - challenges heart and lungs

C- Carrying a load- resistance training through functional range of motion. Body weight, bands, and moderate weights will be used at my discretion. If I don't think your child is ready for weights I will not recommend them.

E -Equilibrium- Balance and agility training is a must to navigate life's ups, downs, lefts, and rights.🤪literally and laterally 😅🤪
